Shipping policy
Shipping is carried out once payment has been confirmed and on business days from Monday to Friday. Orders received after 4:00 p.m. will be processed as orders for the next business day.
The estimated delivery time for our hammocks and ruanas is 3 to 5 business days, and for barrels, it is 5 to 7 business days. Shipments are made through official carriers. The order will arrive during the course of the day and not at a fixed time.
The tracking number will be shared with each customer so they can monitor their order.
